Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your Bikini Break order and what happens if something is not quite right.

Shipping

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. Want us to ship somewhere else? Email contact@bikinibreakswim.com and we will see what we can do.

Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. 

Delivery time. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days from when your order ships. You will get a tracking email the moment your package leaves us.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, email us and we will help track it down.

Returns

What is eligible. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces with the hygienic liner intact and original tags attached. Swimwear is intimate apparel, so the hygienic liner has to be in place for us to accept the return.

What is not eligible. Worn pieces, pieces without the hygienic liner, and pieces purchased on final sale. 

How to start a return. Email contact@bikinibreakswim.com with your order number and a quick note on what you would like to return or exchange. 

Return shipping. Free returns on exchanges. For refund returns, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. We are working toward fully free returns and we will get there.

Refund timing. Once we receive your return, we inspect within 2 business days. If return is accepted, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 3 to 5 business days after that.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrived damaged or you got the wrong item, email us with a photo and your order number within 5 days of delivery.
