Bikini Break Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Bikini Break currently ships within the United States. If you would like us to ship to another country, email contact@bikinibreakswim.com and we will see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. We are a small team, so weekend orders are processed on Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your order leaves us.

Delivery time

Standard shipping within the continental United States takes 3 to 7 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Free shipping is currently available with code FREESHIP at checkout through 2026-06-20.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to follow your package on the carrier's website. If you do not see a tracking update for more than 5 business days after shipment, please email us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend shipping to an address where you can receive packages safely. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier office, then contact us if you still need help.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you for a corrected address and can re-ship at the customer's expense.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email contact@bikinibreakswim.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will make it right at our expense.
